1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

5. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Certain eligible Jivika products may be covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Where the guarantee applies, customers who have used the eligible product as directed and are not satisfied with their experience may submit a refund request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligibility, claim period, required purchase evidence, exclusions, refund method and other conditions are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on our website.
The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed on the website and may be changed from time to time.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors and applicable law.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Customers must provide accurate billing and transaction information.
7. ORDERS
After an order is placed, we may provide an order confirmation electronically.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, incorrect customer information or inability to deliver to the supplied address.
Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original payment method or another lawful method, as appropriate.
8. SHIPPING
Jivika Enterprises currently provides free standard shipping on eligible orders across India, subject to serviceability and the shipping terms displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote locations, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Returns, refunds, replacements and claims under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy available on the website.
Customers should review that policy before making a purchase.
Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, materially defective, incorrect or with an item missing, please contact Jivika Enterprises as soon as reasonably possible after delivery with the order details and supporting photographs or video where reasonably required.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Jivika Enterprises is not responsible for loss arising solely from misuse, unauthorised alteration, improper storage or use contrary to clear product instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
